Brooke has been working as a professional cake designer since 1996. she opened simply sweet cakery with one goal in mind, to provide beautiful and delicious cakes for any occasion. Brooke has always had an imaginative eye and therefore prides herself on not only making delicious cakes, but well designed ones. Brooke has a bachelors degree in theater arts and has worked as a set designer for theater and film, but has always had a love for designing cakes. her true passion as an artist is to serve the community. opening simply sweet cakery has allowed her to follow her passion in a sweet, sweet way.
